General-contractor mandate: core refurbishment of two houses with 5 apartments in total
On Thonerstrasse in Schwanden, the two houses no. 14 and no. 19 were stripped back to their structure and fully refurbished. The result is five contemporary apartments within the historic village fabric of Glarus. Immo Vision delivered the refurbishment as general contractor — from planning to handover.
