General-contractor mandate: full refurbishment and conversion of a single-family house into a four-unit building
The single-family house on Farbstrasse in Schwanden became four self-contained apartments. The building was stripped back to its load-bearing structure, the floor plans were redrawn and every installation was renewed. Immo Vision delivered the conversion as general contractor — from planning the new layout to handover.
