Our scope
Full refurbishment of a 3½-room ground-floor apartment for a private client
The apartment was stripped back to the shell and completely rebuilt: new electrical and plumbing installations, new ceilings with recessed lighting, large-format stone floor tiles, a feature wall in the living area and a new bathroom with a walk-in shower. As general contractor, Immo Vision coordinated every trade — from strip-out to handover ready to move in.
